• Weekly property visits for inspection and monitoring.
• Monthly mail collection and handling of correspondence related to the management of the apartment.
• Collection and payment of bills (telephone, gas, water, electricity, building maintenance fees, municipal taxes, etc.) using the client’s credit card.
• Inspection of faucets, refrigerator, freezer, washing machine, dryer; activation of air conditioning; ventilation of the home; checking the operation of electric shutters and inspection of the pool.
• Cleaning of air conditioning filters every six months or as needed.
• Coordination with the cleaning team and hourly supervision, as requested by the client.
